so this is just another killer clown idea. . . and I'm not sure where I was going with the little guy there, he's just a happy little sadistic mo fo hanging out and causing shenanigeans with his big bro, which I actually took a bit of the idea from a picture I saw of NPH in a halloween costume at the playboy mansion. . . except I moonified it, LOL
